I agree with all of this EXCEPT the not addictive part.  Withdrawal from SSRIs is real and can be a problem (I’m on an SSNRI and I get nightmares if I miss a dose).  Otherwise, yes.  On point.

Yeah, when I went off my anti-depressant to go to another one, I had heart palpitations and high blood pressure. I felt dizzy and sick, and I could barely move without feeling like I needed to throw up.
